9:30 a.m: A piece of homemade banana bread a co-worker brought. Good.
12:00 p.m: Yep, exact same lunch as yesterday (and the day before...). I'm done now. No more left.
3:30 p.m: Today's cheat is brought to you by chips. Yum. I also had a bunch of baby carrots. Balance?
Exercise (6:30 p.m): 30 min run on treadmill.
Friends came over so I'm glad I managed to get something in.
7:30 p.m: This is what I cook in a rush. Bok choy pan fried in coconut oil with garlic, boiled brussels sprouts and sweet potato.
