7:30 a.m: Protein shake

12:15 p.m: A wrap thing.
3:00 p.m: Apple with honey

Exercise (6:15 p.m): 1 hr boot camp. Arms. Gonna be sore for sure.

8:45 p.m: 1 hard boiled egg, hemp hearts, Greek yogurt, boiled sweet potato and Brussels sprouts. Boring but whatever.
10:45 p.m: Stove top popcorn
