I was on a mission to lose 30 pounds. I did it, then I gained most of it back. Been blogging everything I've eaten and all exercise since early 2011. I only drink water, no soda, coffee or alcohol. Female, 29, Toronto. Current thing: Back to losing weight.

9:00 a.m: An egg burrito
12:30 p.m: That wrap from yesterday's lunch and a coconut curry soup. So good.
4:00 p.m: baby carrots
Exercise (6:15 p.m): 1 hr boot camp. It was a sweaty mess kind of workout. I'm already in pain from yesterday, it's just gonna get worse.
7:30 p.m: protein shake. Almond milk, protein powder, banana, ice, almond butter
