- Yogurt, strawberry, granola
- Boxing. Sparring. Goooooood. Always an adventure fighting an over 200 pound large man. I got him a few times!
- Almond protein ball
- Egg salad, tabouli, pita bread with cheese. 
- 3 ferrero rocher
- 5k run outside
- Cup of fruit juice
