I was on a mission to lose 30 pounds. I did it, then I gained most of it back. Been blogging everything I've eaten and all exercise since early 2011. I only drink water, no soda, coffee or alcohol. Female, 29, Toronto. Current thing: Back to losing weight.

- 1 rice cake with almond butter, honey and cinnamon
- Vegan butter chicken with rice, a spinach and lentil roti. The nutritional stuff wasn't that bad actually. More sodium if anything.
- Friday afternoons at work. Chips were had.
- 5k run outside. First ever night run. AMAZING. killed it and made my best time ever. I was in a really shitty mood. It helped. A little bit of metal music to run too ain't so bad either. :)
