I was on a mission to lose 30 pounds. I did it, then I gained most of it back. Been blogging everything I've eaten and all exercise since early 2011. I only drink water, no soda, coffee or alcohol. Female, 29, Toronto. Current thing: Back to losing weight.

- Chia seeds with almond milk, honey, raspberries, cocoa powder
- Vegan ceaser salad, again. This is what it looked like.
- Egg salad sandwich on white bread
- Handful of almonds
- Went to the Agency Wars fitness test. It's baccccccck! :) I got interviewed post heavy workout on video. GREAT. Can't wait for that to surface online in all its awkward glory.
- Protein bar.
- Fries at WRST.
