- 1 hard boiled egg
- Greek yogurt, 11 almonds
- On plan lunch success! Finally found a way to make my meal delicious. Brown rice and beans, 2 cups of veggies seasoned with taco seasoning. Yum! In future, this will be good with avocados. Also downed 3 fish oil.
- 75g chickpeas, 75g sweet potato, 2 cups spinach

- Spent an hr at the gym. Half intense treadmill, half upper body weights. I realized I miss weights. Time to hit that up again during the home workouts. 
- 3 rice cakes, protein drink
- Cup of fruit and veggie juice
