I was on a mission to lose 30 pounds. I did it, then I gained most of it back. Been blogging everything I've eaten and all exercise since early 2011. I only drink water, no soda, coffee or alcohol. Female, 29, Toronto. Current thing: Back to losing weight.

- A chocolate croissant. I rock, I know.
- A salad with greens, mixed grilled veggies, goat cheese and a bit of lentil. Not bad. There was other stuff in there too. It was healthy enough, I think.
- New thing. Chia seeds with almond milk, cocoa powder, honey and raspberries.
- Smoothie. Almond milk, vanilla, dates, coconut
- Small ceaser salad that was vegan. No clue what it was all made of but the guy kept insisting how good for you it was. Also, it was freaking delicious. So going back to this place.
