Friday

F-ing Friday. Finally.

- Protein drink
- Cottage cheese
- 8 almonds
- Sushi. Ok? It was a rare outing with co workers, I'm not missing out on life experiences for my diet.
- Chips
- Had what I was supposed to eat for lunch. 100g of black beans and 1 cup of broccoli.
