- scrambled egg whites, blueberries, steel cut oatmeal, cinnamon. On plan success!

- 1 hr gym. Cardio and conditioning.
- Asparagus with zero flavour, leftover from yesterday's dinner. 

- Greek yogurt and almonds
- Seaweed
- Avocado spring roll, ceaser salad, bite of brownie from moxies
- Popcorn, stovetop.
