- Blueberries, oatmeal, protein drink
- Black beans and spinach. Almonds. Fish oil.
- Greek yogurt
- Doritos
- Shake. Rice milk, spinach, protein powder, strawberry, fibre powder. Blended.
- Tofu and spinach heated with curry powder. Almonds.
- Protein bar.
- Seaweed.

Spinach central today.
