Friday

- Bite of  a quiche, mixed nuts.
- Chicken breast, boiled brussels sprouts, mushroom and onion fried in some coconut oil.
- 1/2 a macaron. YES. 
- Salad. Quinoa bite thing. 

- 1 hr boxing training
- 30 min treadmill run
- Protein shake.
- Cottage cheese
