No official training tonight. It feels awesome to come to work without a huge gym bag. I was starting to forget what that felt like.

- Shake. Coconut milk, protein powder, 1/2 banana, cocoa powder, cinnamon, honey
- Was at a work thing. There was literally a buffett of food. So I had bits and pieces of chicken breast, sweet potato, quinoa, grilled veggies, hummus. Sounds ok right? No. I followed it up with a delicious almond croissant, cheese, and a small piece of cake. Bah!
- Cottage cheese with nuts
- Seaweed

Bad day. I skipped dinner cause I felt I overdid it in calories at lunch.
