Thursday

So sore but gonna power through it.

- Banana
- 1/2 avocado with some more caeser dressing
- Apple
- Salad with lettuce, tomato, cheese, bacon, chicken, balsamic dressing
- Chocolate covered almonds
- 2 hard boiled eggs
- 1 hour boot camp
- Protein powder with water
- can of tuna
