- banana
- raspberries mixed with chia seeds, honey and almond milk
- brocolli and spinach with chicken breast
- 1/2 avocado with a little home made Caeser dressing
- chips
- exercise: 1 hr boot camp. Third day now. So sore but can't stop. 
- 6 baked wings, potato wedges
