8:30 a.m: Banana

Woke up early... willingly. Felt good. It's only 1:30 as I write this, badass.

Exercise (11:00 am): Spent 45 mins at the gym

1:00 p.m: Homemade tabouli. Spaghetti squash with cheddar cheese. Way too much cheese. Regrets.
3:00 p.m: Cup of fruit juice.

Exercise (6:30 p.m): Double exercise day! 5km run. 38 mins. The usual.

8:15 p.m: Veggies with home made hummus. Mushrooms fried in vegan butter.
