I was on a mission to lose 30 pounds. I did it, then I gained most of it back. Been blogging everything I've eaten and all exercise since early 2011. I only drink water, no soda, coffee or alcohol. Female, 29, Toronto. Current thing: Back to losing weight.

7:45 a.m: 2 scrambled eggs with butter and feta cheese.
12:00 p.m: Leftovers of the curry from last night. Greek yogurt.
4:00 p.m: Handful of smoked almonds
6:00 p.m: Apple
8:30 p.m: At work (10 p.m as I type this, shitty). Ordered from Fresh. Got a huge salad and sweet potato fries with vegan mayo. Really good but super full.
