Thursday

- 1 rice cake, blueberries, protein drink
- This tasted better than it looked. I promise. Chickpeas, steamed spinach with fish oil, 8 almonds
- Greek yogurt
- Shake. Carton style coconut milk, ton of spinach, strawberries, protein powder.
- Scrambled egg whites, 10 almonds, bok choy and asparagus fried in a little bit of butter. Butter is not allowed. Need an alternate way to fry things that's allowed.
