I was on a mission to lose 30 pounds. I did it, then I gained most of it back. Been blogging everything I've eaten and all exercise since early 2011. I only drink water, no soda, coffee or alcohol. Female, 29, Toronto. Current thing: Back to losing weight.

Day one of diet.
- 6 egg whites and 1 whole egg, scrambled. Blueberries. Missing: my oatmeal. Next time. I could only prep so much after last night.
- 11, count them, 11 almonds. Greek yogurt.
- Brown rice and black beans, asparagus and mushroom. No flavour, just boiled. Bah.
- Chickpeas, sweet potato, greens. All just steamed. Salt n peppa.
