Sunday

Food day. Uh oh.

11:30 a.m: Few almonds

Exercise (12:00 p.m): Managed to get in a 25 min treadmill run. Running late. Lost about 300 calories so its better than nothing!

12:45 p.m: Protein drink

2:30 p.m: At my parents house and family is late. I snuck a slice of home made pizza and a banana.

4:30 p.m: Veggie thanksgiving dinner. Apple pie was had too. My parents haven't heard of vegetables. If this were my meal it'd be 75% veggies. Ah well.
More food was had later. At a friends. I managed to say no to the chocolate cake (yea small victories!) but it doesn't help that I went to town on the guacamole. 
 Isn't it crazy all the things that go through my mind all about food? Every single thing I eat goes through a whole thought process. I miss the days when I didn't care. Wait, take it back. I was fat then.

Saturday

Vacation is almost over but you know what? I actually miss work and the people there. Guess that's a good thing!

2:30 p.m: 2 scrambled eggs with coconut oil and spinach. Kale chips. I also had a few of the Nutella bites I made yesterday.
Exercise (6:15 p.m): 1 hr at the gym

7:45 p.m: A salad I thought would taste like crap because it's healthy but was pretty good! Arugula, green onion, boiled sweet potato and brussels sprouts, almonds, lemon juice, olive oil, S&P.

Friday

I slept in like nobodies business today.

1:30 p.m:2 rice cakes, cashew butter, banana. New thing.

Exercise (3:15 p.m): Spent an hour at the gym.

Made these Nutella bites. I love Nutella so to find an alternative that's healthier is amazing.
Messy for the counter!
8:00 p.m: Went to a veggie Asian restaurant with friends. Amazing but way too much soy. Don't even get me started about the pecan mini blizzard I had from Dairy Queen later. Nom Nom. Cheat day!

Thursday

10:30 a.m: Almonds

Exercise (11:00 a.m:) 5k run

12:00 p.m: Protein drink

2:15 p.m: Eggs. Out. It was the healthiest thing I could find on the menu. Mostly veggies in there. No cheese. :(
5:00 p.m: Dinner. It's green beans with tomato, olive oil, garlic... with some pita bread.
 
7:15 p.m: Plain rice cakes with cashew butter and banana. SO good!
I had a check up today with the doctor. Had too for the boxing thing. All good! yay! I am fit to fight!


10:15 p.m: Toasted kale with olive oil, S&P. mmm!

Wednesday

Really sore today. Work out tonight is going to be tough.

10:30 a.m: Coconut milk, frozen strawberries, protein powder, blend!

12:15 p.m: Boiled baby Brussels sprouts. I didn't finish the shake in the morning. It didn't taste so good.

3:30 p.m: Out. Had this. Veggies and noodles. I also went to the bulk store and found these gems. Garlic chips! Those are dried. Tasted pretty good! Ill get them again.

Exercise (6:30 p.m): 2 hrs of training. Getting better!! Really enjoying boxing. The one trainer called me the secret weapon. I was very excited, not gonna lie. The quiet, shy girls are not always what they seem! ;)

8:30 p.m: Protein drink

11:30 p.m: Handful of hazelnuts

Clearly I bought a big bag of grapes and nothing else cause that's all I've been eating. Need to go grocery shopping.

Monday

12:00 p.m: Grapes

4:00 p.m: Veggie chilli in a taco shell over lettuce.
Exercise (6:30 p.m): 2 hrs of training. 45 min boxing, 45 cardio. I think I stepped up my boxing game tonight. Feeling better, learning! I want to fight someone already!

8:45 p.m: Protein drink
