This is how we do it... it's Friday night...

... and I feel alright! :)

It's Friday night and I don't want to go anywhere or see anyone. I want to exercise. I've reached a point in my life where exercise is officially part of my life and is just another task of the day. I actually like it.

Who the F is this?? Starting to finally feel good. Yeah!! Before and after workout pic. Sweat. It's my fat crying. Weap fat, weap and cry me a river! :)

Friday

8:00 a.m: 1 hard boiled egg

10:30 a.m: 2 rice cakes with almond butter

1:00 p.m: I made lunch for myself last night. Go me! It's been nice this week not spending money on food. Anyways, it's arugula with olive oil/lemon dressing (boring!) and the other is a stir fry with coconut oil, sweet potato, brussels sprouts, onion, mushroom.
4:00 p.m: Chips. Kinda sorta the healthy kind? Still not perfect but it did the snack wanting trick.

7:00 p.m: Made tabouli. Tomato, parsley, green onion, garlic, wheatberry, olive oil, lemon, S&P

Made these date ball snacks a la the mishkebob. Thy actually turned out delicious and it took everything in me not to finish them all. I had a few. Dates are very high in sugar. Yikes. Ingredients were just dates, cocoa powder, coconut flakes, almonds and vanilla extract. Yum!
 Exercise (10:00 p.m): Spent 1 whole hour on the treadmill. DAMN! I ran for like 25 mins of it. It felt awesome. I used to die at 10 minutes. 
11:30 p.m: Protein drink

Going to bed late tonight. Feel like it, ok?

Thursday

10:00 a.m: Baby carrots

12:15 p.m: Exact same as yesterday but ended up frying some mushrooms in coconut oil last night to add some more. I had the rest of the avocado oil kettle chips as dessert. Then, cause I have no control, I had a tiny fresh bagel that they were giving away on the street. That sounds sketchy. It wasn't, I swear.
3:45 p.m: Apple

Exercise (6:30 p.m): 1 hr with trainer. Got some sessions again. Need to ramp up the exercise for boxing. I don't want to be weak. I'm feeling like I am.

7:30 p.m: Protein drink

10:00 p.m: 1 rice cake with cashew butter. 1 hard boiled egg.

Wednesday

7:45 a.m: 1 hard boiled egg

10:00 a.m: Snacking on carrots. Not tasty.

12:30 p.m: Leftover stuffed pepper from yesterday and some arugula with lemon and olive oil dressing.
2:30 p.m: A bag of kettle chips made in avocado oil. These are mega addictive and I fear I'm about to finish the whole bag.

4:00 p.m: Apple

Exercise (6:30 p.m): 2 hrs of training. 1 hr conditioning, 1 hr boxing. Boxing got real today. Almost got hit in the face. Practice time.

9:00 p.m: Protein drink

10:00 p.m: 1 rice cake with cashew butter

Hairspiration

It's time for a haircut.
My current inspiration for hair I love is Zoe. She's awesome. I think I also like her because I want her entire wardrobe. She makes me feel ok for being 28 and wearing polkadots and pink lipstick. :)

Every time I get bangs I hate my life right after. But, I've always cut my own bangs soooo maybe that's why? This time I'll leave it to the professionals. Also, I can't believe my hair is actually that long. I use to have hair as short as a boy. Yikes!



Tuesday

8:00 a.m: Handful of almonds

12:30 p.m: Soup (butternut squash) and a veggie wrap. Probably a lot of calories.

Grocery shopping tonight so I'm hoping to be set for the week with healthy foods and snacks. On that note, time to look for a few recipes I want to try.

You know what's sad and sucks about being a girl? Well, a girl that cares about her appearance. I want to work out tonight but if I do it means I will sweat and ruin my perfectly clean and curled hair. Annoying. Working out every day means I need to wash my hair too. If I don't, it's not pretty. So that kinda sucks. I don't want to style my hair every frigin day... GAHD! Girl problems!

7:30 p.m: Mmm! Stuffed pepper using this recipe. Avocado. Filling. I probbly could have done with half that pepper. Made enough for lunch tomorrow though. Yeah!

Monday

Last day of vacation. I stayed up til 3:30 a.m watching stupid TV and then when I actually went to bed, I slept way too long. So now I feel like I wasted the day sleeping. Ugh.

Today's plan: Laundry. Get some exercise in. Get some cleaning in.

What am I doing now? Watching a stupid episode of Dr. Phil. Annoying.

2:30 p.m: Baby carrots and homemade guacamole.
Exercise (6:15 p.m): 1 hr at the gym. Could've worked harder. Damn. I feel like I need my trainer back.

8:00 p.m: Could I be any more vegetarian with this meal? Boiled brussels sprouts and broccoli, 2 scrambled eggs with kale (fried in coconut oil). Salt and pepper over it all.
Need sugar!! Ugh. Ok, no, I don't need it. I just want it. Luckily I have nothing in here to eat that's bad for me. See? I'm a good girl when I'm not influenced by others! :) My dessert is going to come in the form of....

8:15 p.m: 2 plain rice cakes with almond butter and cinnamon.
